Tears

Just in case anyone was wondering...
We have been attacked by an evil computer virus and have succumbed to it's nasty ways.
Whaaa Whaaa Whaaa!
We hope to be up and running again sometime soon!
Until then.... blog on. (And do a little extra for me!)

Girls Night Out!

How lucky was I...
to have received a call...
from one of the funnest gal's around...
with an invitation to go see...
"Wicked"
(I swear I am the only one on the planet who hadn't seen it yet)
So with goodie bags in tote, filled with fun Green snacks/goodies...
Prepared by Miss. Megan, the bestest of hostest
(we were going to the Emerald City after all)
And with my sweet hubby watching the kids...
Myself, Miss. Megan and two fun friends from Arizona headed to LA for a great girls night out!!
Kristen was in town to see Wicked for the 10th time (how fun is that!) ,Evonne for the 4th, and Megan the 2nd!
How fun to be able to go with some experienced Wicked fans!

We even dined at Ketchup for dinner (how swank)

Sorry again girls for ruining the crab macaroni and cheese experience!

A big thanks to Megan, Kristen and Evonne for a great girls night out!
I may just have to do it more often!!

There Has Been A Change...

It's 64 degrees with occasional drizzles of rain...
It's October 4th...
The first signs of fall are appearing on our street...
Fall decor is up...
Pumpkin lights are in place...
The smell of a fireplace burning is in the air...
Long sleeves and pants are being worn...
A yummy potato cheese bread bowl is for dinner...
And a cup of hot chocolate for desert...

Ahhhhh... Now that's more like it!

(Until next week when it's supposed to be 90 degrees again! Oh well!)

And just for the record...

The ice cream truck only drove down the street ONE time today.

Time for a change!

It's 95 degrees...
It's October 1st...
I thought it was over? ...
It's too hot to play outside...
I'm stuck in my house...
with a little window air conditioner...
with two energetic little boys and a baby... I don't know about the rest of you...
but I have two words, and two words only...
OVER IT!!!!
And just for the record...
The ice cream truck just drove down our street...
TWICE!
It's just wrong I tell you!
