The weather here the last couple of days has really heated things up so Friday evening we decided that it would be fun to go down to Seal Beach and go for a stroll along the pier and take advantage of the warm weather. We headed down to the beach with the Hess family and met up with Todd, Deborah and kids.
Everyone was having a good time until....
Porter and the kids were climbing/walking on some wooden pillars (planter) where Porter slipped and scraped the whole inside of his upper leg. Needless to say he was not a very happy little boy! (And that is putting it lightly!) This has probably been the worst injury yet for Porter and we are hoping that there will not be more of this magnitude or worse. We have come to find out that our little/big man isn't so tuff when it comes to this stuff!
He is doing much better today! We even got him into a bath this morning... scraped leg and all!
Isn't it fun being a little boy!

I'm glad he is recovering from his tragic injury. I hope the gumballs helped! I am LOVING your new paint addition!
Two days to go- how exciting! I can't wait to see the baby this summer.

wow, that's gotta hurt. Poor guy. Give him kisses from us. I showed Cody the picture and he was asking all sorts of questions about it. I hope he's feeling better.
well that pic looks nice. I can't wait to take Ivy to the beach hopefully this summer.. So about the post you left on my blog. the fruits and veggies are done by a local co-op of volunteers so we all can get fresh fruits and veggies for great deals. yes I love it.. Well looks like still no baby as of yet.. Can't wait to hear.
