This last weekend after finding our boys like this...
(Yes, Porter is again sitting in the Bumbo seat)
Still in their pajamas... at 12:00 noon
We decided that it was time to get out of the house, into the fresh air and enjoy some good old quality family time. We packed up the crew and headed down to Shoreline Village for a fun afternoon.
The boys were given balloon swords by the weird/creepy "balloon man"
We ate some Pizza overlooking the Harbor
We played a little basketball
And did a little bowling (Sort of)
We threw away a bit of hard earned money
And we enjoyed some free cotton candy. Except for Phearson, who didn't quit get it, and got upset when we wouldn't let him use it as a sword. This was the first time Porter had ever had cotton candy. He had to think about it for a minute...
Before diving in!
We ended our afternoon by making a new friend, "THE PIRATE"
Phearson OBVIOUSLY not so sure!
Poor Phearson
He became sure about one thing... Sure that he DID NOT like "THE PIRATE"!
Fun times!

I'm just a little sad that for once you were so close to my house and didn't even stop by!!! I guess I'll let it slide this time! Will you PLEASE give me an assignment for this weekend???
Looks like you all had a great time. I loved being down there, it was always so much fun. I love to be outside, it always seems much easier to me to handle the kids in a bigger area. Love you guys!
The boys are so cute, they are getting so big.
Good grief if that isn't Dad, Ryan and Todd!! Looks just like them. Takes me way back. Love the pictures and the memories...Love, Grammy
Sooo funny! I was giggling pretty much the entire way through that post. I love that Phearson wanted to use his cotton candy as a sword. Looks like so much fun!
How fun is this. Wouldn't it be nice to be able to go outside and do things. You are so lucky to live in Cali.. :)
So fun! Boys and their toys!Don't you love living so close to fun places like that! Remember when we use to ride bikes down there before the kids came...oh the memories...
