Time for another season of baseball.
This year we hung up the Dodger blue and it is all about the orange and black!
Here we go Orioles, here we go!

How about now....?
Well, we did have a great first game. Despite the wind and cold and impending rain, the Orioles played hard and had a lot of fun!
Cody was ready (like all the other kids) for any ball coming his way (or any way for that matter)
Our team displayed a great "swarming" defense. 
Now does this picture speak a thousand words or what. Not one of the players is looking in the same direction, who knows where the ball is or who has it, the coach is motioning "safe" at who knows what, the pitchor (Cody) is practicing his signature Kirt Gibson moves and nobody seems to be in any hurry to do anything. Now this is some classic 5-6 year old baseball.
But the fireworks came when it was time to bat!! What baseball player doesn't love to hit! It is without a doubt, Porter's favorite part of the game.
Now that is a face of determination!!
We are looking forward to a great baseball season.

Sooo fun. Love the ballgames. Porter can really hit the ball even if it looks like he can't see from under his hat..

Wow Autumn....I'm impressed by the Kirk Gibson reference! It looks like in the second pic, Porter is about to learn the scratchin' move also.
