Do you remember when you first fell in love... You wanted to spend every waking moment with that person. You got butterflies each time he held your hand or kissed you sweetly. You would spend hours having great conversations, laughing and teasing each other. You would stay up all hours of the night to watch a movie and hold hands. Do you remember when you were 100% wrapped up in the excitement and romance of your relationship. I do. Do you remember when life became more challenging. Children were born and your time to give became divided. Those late nights together often became nights of taking turns feeding babies. And if perhaps you had some quiet time you now found yourself choosing to sleep rather than catch that late night movie holding hands. Do you remember when your days/nights became filled with work, schedules and rituals. There were bills to pay and LOTS of laundry to be done. Do you remember thinking how you wouldn't change your life, not ONE BIT for anything in the world but still longed to have the opportunity to be 100% wrapped up in the excitement and romance of your relationship? I do. Do you remember the day you finally realized that it was time... Actually it was way over due. You surrendered the guilty feelings and allowed the help from others. You provided the chance to once again be 100% wrapped up in the excitement and romance that once upon a time consumed your life and provided you with all you have today. You went, you held hands and had butterflies. You laughed, and loved, and ate, and slept... Just the two of you once again. Do you remember? I do. And it was Awesome. (Even if it was for only 2 whole days and maybe a few years too late)
