This special guy turned Thirty Seven yesterday!
Unfortunately for this birthday boy he 1. had a date with the judicial system (not to mention a fairly hefty monetary fee) 2. was exhausted from working so hard all week in the heat 3. had an upset stomach from not having his Protonix for a week and 4. had a wife with a meeting for church on his big day. With that much said it proved to be an "old man's birthday" for my old man.
Little bit of swimming/relaxing with the kids after work.
Visit from family with warm birthday wishes.
Cards opened.
Cereal for dinner... at home.
Candles blown out and just a lick of frosting from the cake.
A little TV watching alone,
And to bed.
Here's hoping this special guy's 37th year is way more exciting than his 37th birthday!
Because we all know how FUN, CRAZY, SPONTANEOUS, SILLY, and HAPPY this guy really is/was!

We could really tell he was tired when we came over. We will do dinner soon tho..37 Wow. We must have been really young when we had him :}
